• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays of up to 24 hours while verification is reviewed.
• 11kk app does not charge withdrawal fees on standard BDT transfers.
• You may only withdraw funds that are not currently locked under an active bonus wagering requirement.

11kk app reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation. These checks are standard practice and are carried out to protect both the player and the platform.

General game rules:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 11kk app. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 11kk app.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using 11kk app to process funds from illegal activities.
• Accessing 11kk app from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
